We're looking to hire an Associate Photographer in Cincinnati. This is a full-time position requiring frequent travel to properties in and around the area. Some in-office work is also required.

This role comes with an annual salary of $52,500 and bonus eligibility up to $17,500 per year for top performers.

Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing efforts on our industry-leading marketplaces by capturing high-quality 3-D virtual tours and footprints.
  • Create a portfolio of photographs to showcase homes and apartments in the best possible light.
  • Collaborate with scheduling and dispatch teams to optimize appointments and meet client demands.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, sales teams, research partners, and management to prioritize tasks and initiatives.
  • In the absence of residential photography work, navigate one-mile square grids to ensure comprehensive commercial real estate data coverage.
  • Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed.
  • Adhere to safety standards to safeguard company vehicle and equipment.
  • Maintain professional representation at all times.
  • Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A background in professional photography or a recently earned degree in the field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in real estate photography, with a preference for field experience.
  • Familiarity with Matterport is highly valued, though training will be provided for qualified candidates.
  • The ability to accurately capture and enter data.
  • Quick learning and application of new concepts such as commercial real estate terminology, mapping, and GIS.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office, and Apps.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged sitting in a car, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Lifting, carrying, and maneuvering equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
  • Repetitive hand and arm movements for typing and camera operation.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying for job functions.
  • Ability to work outside during various seasons.
  • Rotating weekend schedules.
