About the Role

  • Lead financial planning activities and develop financial models to support business decisions.
  • Partner with project managers to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of project financials.
  • Create actionable business insights for senior management through data analysis and visualization.
  • Identify process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
  • At least 10 years of experience in FP&A roles, with expertise in Microsoft Excel and Workday HR and Finance.
  • Industry experience in insurance is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work in a matrix organization.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
