Essential Duties:

  • Comply with all departmental standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of cage operations, including the accurate handling of large sums of cash and chips.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team atmosphere by supporting colleagues and maintaining a positive demeanor.
  • Build rapport with guests through genuine interactions, remembering their preferences and providing exceptional service.
  • Exhibit strong skills in cash handling and complex mathematical calculations.
  • Oversee the drop, replenishment, and balancing of ATMs and ticket kiosks.
  • Perform cash handling procedures in line with gaming regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with all personnel and the public.
  • Adapt to working under pressure while maintaining regular attendance, including weekends and holidays.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of services and amenities to assist guests effectively.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of six months of cash handling experience preferred.

Licensing & Certification:

  • No specific certifications required.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with cash counting equipment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to hear, stand, and use hands frequently.
  • Capability to lift and carry weights between 1-50 lbs.

Mental Demands:

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Work Environment:

  • Indoor work with potential exposure to confined spaces and varying temperatures.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must obtain and maintain a gaming license.
  • Comply with federal regulations regarding cash handling.
  • Pass pre-employment screenings as required.
