About the Role

Pure Cycle Corporation, a leading land development and water utility company, is seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to lead the design and implementation of its infrastructure projects.

As a key member of the engineering team, you will design, manage, and oversee the construction of various infrastructure projects, including water and wastewater systems, transportation networks, and land development projects. Your expertise in project management, regulatory permitting, and design will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of these projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and manage infrastructure projects from inception to completion, including surveying, design, and regulatory approvals.
  • Manage consultants, construction crews, and contractors to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Develop exhibits and application materials for various projects.
  • Prepare reports and aid with contracts for land development and water utility customers.
  • Participate in the streamlining and improvement of the water and land development departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Colorado PE License or the ability to obtain licensure within 2 years of hire.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Suite, surveying software, and ArcGIS.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with infrastructure inspections and maintenance.
