Water Resources Engineer

We are a leading water utility company, Pure Cycle Corporation, seeking an exceptional Water Resources Engineer to join our team at our Colorado Corporate Headquarters. With a strong focus on land development and water utility management, we offer a unique opportunity for professionals to grow their careers in a rapidly expanding industry.

The successful candidate will design and develop water infrastructure projects from inception to close-out, including wells, surface water diversions, treatment plants, storage tanks/ponds, and distribution facilities. They will also manage consultants, construction crews, and contractors to ensure the success of all project deliverables. Additionally, they will create exhibits and application materials for various projects, draft reports, and aid with contracts between water and wastewater customers.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar scientific field and two years of related professional experience. A Master's of Science degree or continued education is preferred. They must also be licensed as a Professional Engineer in Colorado or have the ability to obtain licensure within two years of hire. Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Suite, surveying software/instrumentation, and ArcGIS is required. The salary for this position is estimated to be between $125,000 and $145,000 per year, depending on skills and experience.
