Job Title: Autism Intervention Specialist

At Dominion Care, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Autism Intervention Specialist to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of children with autism and their families.

About the Role:

  • We are looking for a dedicated professional who can work one-on-one with children with autism in a clinic or home setting.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to follow directions and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for implementing ABA services, including skill acquisition programs and behavior support plans created by our experienced Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs).
  • You will also be expected to enter data, update paperwork, clean/organize, and attend supervisions and trainings.
  • This position requires a valid Virginia Driver's License, reliable transportation, and a personal cell phone.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be eligible to pass the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a human services field or a High School Diploma/GED is highly preferred.

Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:45pm - 7:30pm
