Job Title: Behavior Interventionist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavior Interventionist to join our team at Dominion Care. As a Behavior Interventionist, you will be working with children with autism, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans to support their growth and development.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $70,000, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, requiring 28 hours of direct work per week. You will be working in various locations, including clinics and homes, providing ABA services to children with autism. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing behavior support plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with LBA/LABA professionals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human services field or related field
  • Eligibility to pass the Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) exam
  • Valid Virginia Driver's License
  • Reliable personal cell phone
