Position Overview:
Join 2INgage as an Insurance Credentialing and Billing Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to strengthen families in the community. This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work while being part of a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Insurance Credentialing and Billing Coordinator, your contributions will include:
  • Managing payer enrollment processes, including multi-state Medicaid and commercial payer enrollment.
  • Overseeing Medicare Provider Enrollment through the PECOS system.
  • Maintaining compliance with the Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare (CAQH) requirements.
  • Submitting credential applications and ensuring all necessary licensure and certifications are up to date.
  • Providing support to the billing and coding team as needed.
  • Collecting and analyzing data on billing issues, and developing training materials for billing staff.
  • Ensuring adherence to all policies and regulations related to provider credentialing.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive database of credentialed providers and timelines for interdepartmental use.
  • Fostering professional relationships with staff, clients, payers, and other organizations.
  • Participating in relevant meetings and agency committees as assigned.
