This includes managing recruitment processes, overseeing compensation and benefits, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will assist in various HR functions, including:
  • Monitoring and documenting compliance with training and assessments, including safety and professional development.
  • Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Conducting background checks and verifying employee eligibility.
  • Supporting payroll processes on a bimonthly schedule.
  • Facilitating new hire orientation and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Executing routine HR tasks related to compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Addressing employment-related inquiries from staff and applicants.
  • Participating in employee disciplinary meetings and investigations.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
  • Staying informed about trends and changes in HR practices and regulations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in time management and meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
