Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Maxim Healthcare Services in Katy, TX. As an LVN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Requirements
  • Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License in the state in which the LVN practices.
  • Current Health Certificate (per facility).
  • Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • Current BLS card.
  • One year prior LVN experience preferred.
