Job Description:

The Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression for our company by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. They are responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors, and directing them to the appropriate department or point-of-contact. In addition, they perform various administrative duties as needed, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, such as a front desk or administrative assistant position. They must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in basic computer software and internet applications is also required.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet all customers in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Direct customers to the appropriate department or point-of-contact
  • Manage inbound phone inquiries and route calls accordingly
  • Coordinate questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
  • Provide administrative assistance as needed
  • Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned
