Job Overview:

As a Customer Relations Analyst at Amrep Manufacturing Company, LLC, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support sales department with data analysis and customer service improvement initiatives.
  • Manage customer account information and troubleshoot inquiries.
  • Analyze service errors and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain internal and external customer databases for accurate data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, Statistics, Marketing, or Economics (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant job classification.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Expert in MS Excel and MS Power BI.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $67,000 - $69,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. However, final compensation will be determined by your qualifications and experience.
