Job Summary

Rochester NY Growth is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Complex General Manager to lead our hotel operations and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hotel Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including managing department heads, conducting daily HHBR meetings, and ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, including sales efforts, marketing initiatives, and pricing strategies.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences through effective communication, timely issue resolution, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Financial Management: Manage hotel finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 6 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, revenue growth, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data and make informed decisions, and proficiency in hotel operations software.
