Job Summary

Globus Medical is seeking a highly skilled Associate Quality Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift. As a key member of our quality team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the manufacture of safe and compliant medical devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize measurement equipment to inspect products and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Support manufacturing operations by performing in-process and final product audits.
  • Escalate nonconformities to Senior Quality Technician and identify and dispose of nonconformities in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Collect data in accordance with Good Documentation Practices and identify daily priorities using lean visual management systems.
  • Communicate effectively with the team and demonstrate a commitment to customer-focused and teamwork-driven values.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two to six years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Basic understanding of blueprint reading, GD&T, and measurement system principles.
  • ASQ CQT certification and background in medical device quality systems.
