Facilities Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee the procurement of all materials and supplies necessary for the maintenance division.
- Engage in project financial tracking and documentation.
- Administer and maintain the Maintenance Management System, encompassing all Work Orders, Preventative Maintenance schedules, assets, and inventory management.
- Facilitate coordination among team members to meet operational demands and ensure timely completion of work orders, including managing urgent repair tasks.
- Provide administrative support to the maintenance team.
- Assist in managing attendance records and scheduling time off.
- Develop and sustain relationships with current vendors and contractors while exploring new partnerships.
- Support contractor pricing evaluations and scheduling processes.
- Undertake various additional projects and responsibilities as required to assist the department.
Supervisory Duties
This position does not entail supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
Education and Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent; or one to three years of relevant experience and/or training; or a suitable combination of education and experience.
Language Proficiency
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret standard scientific and technical literature and legal documents. Capable of responding to common inquiries from other departments and communicating professionally via written correspondence.
Analytical Skills
Ability to apply common sense reasoning to execute instructions provided in written, oral, or diagrammatic formats. Capable of addressing issues involving multiple concrete variables in standardized scenarios.
Technical Skills
Proficient in data entry and familiar with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word. Knowledge of Epicor 10 is advantageous.
