- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement evidence-based care models, incorporating specialty certification standards and AMSN's core curriculum.
- Model proficiency through precepting new staff members and contributing to a culture of excellence.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring a safe and high-quality patient care environment.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
- ONS Within 1 year of hire.
- Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Certified Nurse.
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
