About the Role

As a Registered Nurse - FT - Days - Acute, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our acute care setting. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure informed decision-making and optimal care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina
  • BSN or higher degree in nursing
  • One year of hospital nursing experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
