Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Health Information Systems Analyst to join our team at Community Action Partnership. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of clinical information systems, providing technical assistance to staff, and ensuring the efficient operation of our health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures for clinical information systems
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on the use of clinical information systems
  • Collaborate with the Health Information Systems Manager to ensure the effective operation of clinical systems
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with clinical system proficiency
  • Participate in the Health Information Technology committee to drive innovation and improvement in our health services
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in office procedures, computer software use, data entry; data management preferably in a health clinic setting
  • Electronic Medical Record experience preferred
  • Age 21 or above
  • Requires working knowledge of computers and computer systems
  • Requires proficient level of use of the Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Power Point
  • Requires proficient level of oral and written communications and ability to work as a team
Working Conditions
  • Well-lit, temperature controlled clinical setting, with standard medical and office equipment available
  • Work requires the ability to meet tight timelines
  • Work in a program with possible interruptions and interactions
  • May work irregular hours
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and crouch
  • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
  • Occasionally lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds
  • Fine manipulation of hands with repetitive action
  • Operate office machines
  • Must regularly talk, hear, and have close vision ability to record and communicate appropriate documents and records
