At Congressional Country Club, we are looking for individuals who embrace the belief that anything is achievable. We are committed to making a positive impact and recognize that teamwork leads to greater accomplishments.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborating with team members to manage diverse event operations, including buffet service, plated meals, and a la carte dining.
  • Utilizing a cocktail tray for serving beverages and clearing used glassware.
  • Taking initiative to address member or guest concerns promptly.
  • Assisting in the closure of events by performing tasks such as removing linens, busing dishes, and resetting the venue.
  • Participating in the setup and breakdown of events, both indoors and outdoors.
Qualifications we are looking for:
  • Prior experience in a serving role is preferred.
We offer both Part-Time and Full-Time positions: Full-time: Availability required during mornings and evenings on weekdays and weekends. Part-time: Availability in the evenings or mornings on weekends and holidays, with a minimum requirement of availability on Fridays and weekends.
