Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America. As an IR Tech, you will play a critical role in assisting physicians with minimally invasive, image-guided procedures.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will have 1 year of recent acute care experience and be certified in BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (R) National Certification. You will be responsible for operating fluoroscopic equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and monitoring patients during procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Confirm patient identification and review imaging requests
  • Assist in scrubbing diagnostic and interventional procedures
  • Monitor patients during procedures
  • Demonstrate knowledge of radiation protection standards and techniques
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Understand and use the McKesson PACS system
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in acute care
  • BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (R) National Certification
  • Vascular Interventional certificate preferred
