Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our Luray, VA location. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving business results, improving processes, and developing a high-performance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing objectives are met.
  • Drive strong results in safety, quality, customer service, cost, and associate development.
  • Align activities and resources within the value stream and functional areas.
  • Establish realistic goals and programs for departments and supervisors.
  • Develop and implement plans for continuous process improvement.
  • Create an environment conducive to high morale, associate satisfaction, and performance.
  • Mentor developing managers and supervisors.
  • Maintain good employee relations by ensuring policies and procedures are understood and applied fairly.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or greater in a related field.
  • 8-10 years of leadership experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams of manufacturing leaders.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving business results.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of world-class manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Bias for action, strong ability to inspire others.
  • Able to develop and maintain a respectful and safe work environment.
  • Skilled in facilitation and conflict management.
  • Strong coaching and people development skills.
