Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems.

About the Role

  • Assemble and install valves, pipe fittings, and pipes composed of metals and nonmetals.
  • Repair and maintain plumbing by replacing washers in leaky faucets, mending burst pipes, and opening clogged drains.
  • Install and repair plumbing fixtures such as sinks, commodes, bathtubs, water heaters, hot water tanks, etc.
  • Inspect structure to ascertain obstructions to be avoided to prevent weakening of structure resulting from installation of pipe.

Requirements

  • Five years plumbing experience.
  • Licensed in Ohio and/or Kentucky.
  • Master Contractor license preferred.

Additional Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work effectively with others.
  • Ability to complete required paperwork on computer or table and in a timely manner.
  • Ability and willingness to be flexible in areas such as work assignments.

Physical Demands

  • Extensive physical demands including bending, stooping, grabbing, and moderate lifting.

Work Environment

  • Low-income residential homes in Ohio, Kentucky, and/or Indiana.

Salary and Benefits
