About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Clinical Documentation Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of advancing healthcare through exceptional documentation practices. As a key member of our coding team, you will be responsible for reviewing inpatient records, identifying areas for improvement, and providing education and support to staff on coding and documentation best practices. You will also maintain certification in ICD-10 training and stay up-to-date with changing coding regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of clinical documentation principles, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Health Information Administration or related field, along with CCS certification and at least five years of inpatient coding experience, is required. Experience in teaching and mentoring others is highly desirable.
