- Store Maintenance: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment, adhering to our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Training: Cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking, sales associate duties, and responsibilities, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of our team.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Experience: Preferred: 1 year experience in retail or customer service.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
- Availability: Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, adhering to our attendance policy.
- Physical Demands: Ability to intermittently lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds, and stand/move for entire shift.
- Physical Abilities: Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
- Forklift Certification: Physically able and willing to become certified to operate a forklift in accordance with our Injury and Illness Prevention Program.
