Kettering Health is a leading healthcare provider in southwest Ohio, committed to delivering high-quality care to our patients. We are seeking a skilled Environmental Services Worker II to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in designated areas, including operating rooms, sterile processing, and MRI
  • Document daily assignments and maintain accurate records
  • Provide excellent customer service to staff and patients
  • Operate laundry equipment, deliver supplies, and perform utility duties as assigned
  • Handle regular and hazardous waste, and operate waste processing equipment
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Floor care experience
  • Able to lift, push, and pull 10-25 pounds daily
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to read, write, and understand written instructions in English
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
