The Opportunity

We are seeking an EHS Intern to join our Dayton, OH team to assist in EHS audits, inspections, and analysis of data. The successful candidate will develop and implement EHS training programs, assist with incident investigations and root cause analyses, and maintain EHS records and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct environmental, health, and safety audits and inspections.
  • Collect and analyze EHS data.
  • Develop and implement EHS training programs.
  • Assist with incident investigations and root cause analyses.

About You
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of EHS regulations and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer

This internship will provide a comprehensive understanding of our EHS operations within a dynamic plant environment. You will develop practical skills in EHS audits, analysis, and program implementation while working alongside experienced professionals in the field.

We offer a competitive hourly rate and a housing/travel stipend. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Dayton plant. There is no guarantee of full-time placement at the conclusion of this internship.
