Regional General Manager Opportunity

Great Day Improvements LLC, a leading innovator in the home remodeling market, is seeking a seasoned General Manager to oversee all aspects of Branch Operations in our Patio Enclosures brand. This role will be responsible for managing branch locations in Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, Nebraska, Iowa, and Oklahoma, with up to 50% regional travel required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Job and project management utilizing our in-house CRM system
  • Oversee implementation of our customer satisfaction process
  • Ensure job profitability, job costing, budgeting, and team performance
  • Recruit, hire, and train teams based on capacity needs
  • Evaluate and monitor performance and quality standards of sub-contractors
  • Oversee training of proper installation procedures for all company products
  • Ensure safety standards are reviewed and implemented
  • Maintain a rolling 30-day installation schedule
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in general management, preferably in the remodeling or residential construction industry
  • P&L responsibility preferred
  • Experienced in team building and management preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Must be process-oriented
  • Excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills required
  • Experience in dealing with multiple trades and sub-contractors
  • Competent in the use of technology, experience with MS Excel a plus
