Avenues Recovery Center is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the Clinical Director and managing the daily execution of our clinical program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Clinical Director in all relevant duties
- Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and maintain a small client caseload
- Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
- Support Utilization Review to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in a related field
- 3 years' experience working with chemical dependency or dual-diagnosed clients
- Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role (LICSW, MLADC, LCMHC)
- Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
- Positive, warm, and dignified character that models recovery principles
