Job Summary:

Soliant Healthcare is seeking experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech therapy services to patients with a range of communication disorders, including aphasia, apraxia, and stuttering.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including occupational therapists, physical therapists, and physicians, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment goals.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Indiana.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) certification.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy.
