Job Description

**Virtual School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Position**

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Virtual School SLP, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to students in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Facilitate Effective Communication**: Collaborate with the patient care team, students, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • **Staff Management and Development**: Supervise and manage staff, designing in-service training programs to enhance staff development and improve patient outcomes.
  • **Equipment Maintenance and Utilization**: Ensure the proper utilization and maintenance of equipment, maintaining a well-organized workspace to optimize productivity.
  • **Student and Family Support**: Provide support and guidance to students and families on pertinent aspects of student care, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
  • **Valid State Licensure**: Possess a valid state SLP licensure to practice in the field.
  • **ASHA CCCs**: Hold ASHA CCCs (Certificate of Clinical Competence) to demonstrate expertise and commitment to the profession.
  • **Minimum of Two Years of School Experience**: Have a minimum of two years of school experience to provide a strong foundation in speech therapy services.
  • **Master's Degree in Speech and Communication**: Hold a Master's degree in Speech and Communication to ensure a high level of expertise in the field.
  • **Professional Liability Insurance**: Maintain required professional liability insurance to protect against potential risks.
Position Details:
