About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Waterproofing Specialist to join our team at Allana Buick & Bers, a leading architectural, engineering, and construction firm. As a Waterproofing Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping us expand our service offerings in roofing and wall design engineering, as well as construction defect litigation support solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems for design and oversight of technical work.
  • Project Management: Manage repair and re-construction projects for apartments, condominiums, commercial, and government buildings.
  • Litigation Support: Support litigation efforts through mediation, deposition, arbitration, and trial with a focus on plaintiff support.
  • Business Development: Utilize your network of attorneys and insurance adjusters to develop new business opportunities and grow the firm's service offerings.
Desired Qualifications
  • Technical Degree: Hold a technical degree (Bachelor's or higher) in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a closely related discipline.
  • Expertise: Possess expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems, with a PE or RA license preferred.
  • Experience: Have experience in repair and re-construction, design, and project management of apartments, condominiums, and commercial and government buildings.
