Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical insight and direction during team planning sessions, contributing to the overall product vision.
  • Balance hands-on work (20%) with technical leadership (80%).
  • Act as both a contributor and mentor, guiding a team of engineers in developing scalable, high-traffic web applications.
Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership experience in AI/ML.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Over 7 years of experience in backend/fullstack application development (Python/Ruby/Go).
  • Minimum of 5 years managing teams of 5 or more engineers.
  • Experience in managing other managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow and develop team members.
