Position Overview


The role entails supporting the financial closing procedures and managing intercompany account maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties will encompass the following:

1. Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing tasks, which include the creation and entry of journal entries in Oracle.
2. Generate and submit the weekly Innage Report.
3. Accrue pending purchase orders.
4. Reconcile Oracle HFM financial statements.
5. Conduct account reconciliations.

6. Manage intercompany accounts, which involves reconciling the balance sheet, ensuring balances are correct across entities, preparing invoices for subsidiaries, and processing invoices received from subsidiaries.

Additional Responsibilities

7. Participate in initiatives aimed at process enhancements.
8. Undertake any other assigned tasks.
9. Ensure adherence to GAAP standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in general ledger operations and the financial closing process, including international accounting exposure.
- Proficient in Excel, with capabilities in pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Detail-oriented with solid technical competencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
