Position Overview

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our Chief Operations Officer and Real Estate Development Director to support Lugano's growth both nationally and internationally. You will be part of a vibrant team dedicated to the successful execution of distinctive, upscale environments while expanding the company's presence. This position encompasses all phases of project management, requiring a comprehensive understanding of design and construction for effective vendor oversight and to align with our brand vision and processes. Your critical thinking and problem-solving abilities will be essential in this multifaceted role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the successful execution of Lugano construction projects across various locations, from initial concept to facilities management.
  • Collaborate with Ownership and the Real Estate Development Director to uphold and enhance the quality and brand identity associated with Lugano.
  • Coordinate with both internal and external teams to ensure alignment, monitor progress, and manage vendors daily to guarantee project success.
  • Facilitate orders for direct-purchase materials, furnishings, and other project-related items.
  • Serve as the primary resource for knowledge and specialized operations during project handover to the Operations/Sales teams, providing ongoing support for the Facilities team.
  • Travel to established and new sites for inspections or construction activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in project and/or construction management, particularly in retail and/or high-end tenant improvements.
  • Proficient in interpreting and understanding construction plans.
  • Strong communication skills to engage confidently with all project stakeholders and vendors.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Consistently represent Lugano Diamonds positively.
  • A curious thinker with a robust research and problem-solving approach.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Compensation and Benefits

The targeted base salary for this position is $80,000. The overall compensation package is influenced by factors such as work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
