Job Overview

HIRING PRODUCTION ASSOCIATES

Location: South Tucson, AZ

Shift: 1st shift - 7am - 4pm, Monday to Friday

Compensation: $18/hour

Project Duration: Temporary position

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and analyze schematic drawings, diagrams, blueprints, specifications, work orders, bills of materials, or reports to ascertain material needs or assembly guidelines.
  • Physically capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 45 lbs consistently throughout a 10-hour shift.
  • Verify connections to ensure compliance and report discrepancies to the Supervisor.
  • Effectively communicate with team members on the assembly line to optimize speed and precision.
  • Maintain and take responsibility for issued equipment (hand tools, etc.).
  • Receive, unload, and distribute materials to various workstations.
Qualifications:
  • Must be prepared to commence work with perfect attendance throughout the contract period.
  • Safety footwear with composite toe reinforcement above the ankle is mandatory.
Work Environment:
  • The work environment is typically in the construction phase, requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and safety shoes.
