Position: Community Safety Site Supervisor

Core Responsibilities:

Leadership Responsibilities-
  • Deliver effective guidance to the on-site security personnel
  • Facilitate team meetings, training sessions, and ensure adherence to security standards
  • Encourage a supportive and cooperative work atmosphere
Oversight Duties:
  • Manage security activities within the community
  • Organize and deploy security staff efficiently
  • Guarantee the execution of security policies and protocols
General Responsibilities:
  • Maintain operational duties at the security kiosk for a specified duration
  • Conduct thorough vehicle patrols and gate inspections throughout the area
  • Ensure safe and cautious driving while monitoring the vicinity
  • Perform gate functionality assessments each shift
  • Issue and manage parking permits
  • Identify and report community violations
  • Handle and document incoming communications and their outcomes
  • Record kiosk interactions and their results
  • Proactively observe surveillance feeds
  • Document individuals lingering at the gate awaiting entry
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in community security and supervision is highly preferred
  • Exceptional administrative and documentation capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record (MVR)
  • Outstanding customer service and communication abilities
  • Capacity to remain alert and proactive in safeguarding the community
