Operations Manager

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years experience in law firm operations, office management, or project management, managing/leading a team of at least 15 remote and in-person employees.
  • Ability to drive operational improvements and implement business processes.
  • Experience with financial analysis, team management, and administrative oversight.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred:

Ability to communicate in a language other than English, such as Spanish, Portuguese, French, Haitian Creole, or other useful language.
