We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Consultant to join our team at Henry Ford Health System. As a key member of our Transformation Consulting team, you will play a critical role in driving transformative projects that deliver key, sustainable results and achieve our organization's True North.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive transformative projects and deliver key, sustainable results
- Apply a variety of improvement methodologies, including design thinking, agile, advanced analytics, human factors engineering, and Lean, to support individuals and teams through improvement initiatives
- Develop and teach continuous improvement training and education to meet education needs at all levels throughout the institution
- Work closely with other TC team members to meet education needs and spread successful innovation throughout the institution
- Bachelor's degree required in industrial or related engineering, nursing, business administration, healthcare administration, organizational development, human factors, or a science degree in a related field
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience required, with equivalent industry training and experience preferred
- Ability to manage simultaneous assignments with potentially conflicting priorities and deadlines
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable while still meeting goals and due dates
- Strong knowledge of effective data gathering techniques and ability to thrive in a matrixed working environment
