**Job Description:** Clinical Support Coordinator

**Job Summary:** The Clinical Support Coordinator is responsible for coordinating patient care services, processing patient orders, and providing excellent customer service. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy's services.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Process patient orders and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams to coordinate care.
  • Assess supply needs and schedule orders to maintain efficient patient care.


**Requirements:**
  • CPhT certification or 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment or equivalent customer service role.
