Indigo Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and organized Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day leasing operations of our new affordable 241-unit community.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about customer service, property management leasing, and is driven to succeed. The successful candidate will possess outstanding customer service skills, multitasking and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to react with discretion and urgency to situations that require quick response and superb communication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete regular market survey reports
  • Plan, control, and direct the day-to-day leasing operations of the property
  • Maintain effective and harmonious resident relations
  • Meet financial objectives of ownership and management
  • Protect the value and integrity of the real estate
  • Ensure compliance with applicable government agency standards and requirements
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of leasing experience for a multifamily community
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to exercise quick and accurate judgment and maintain confidentiality
  • Effective conflict resolution and customer service skills
  • Ability to set priorities and multitask with a strong attention to detail
