About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our team at HCA Far West Division in Riverside, CA. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, well visits, and Hedis 5-Star measures
- Treat patients in-office and conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Participate in continuous learning opportunities practicing integrative medicine
- Collaborate with in-office teammates to provide comprehensive patient care
- Utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues
- Participate in academic teaching with UCR school of medicine
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 1 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages is preferred, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your start date
- State licensed in California, obtained before your start date
- A passion for human-centered primary care
- The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds
- The ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care
- Ability to provide high-level service with an excellent bedside manner
