Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and progressive hands-on finance and accounting professional to direct all company financial and accounting operations and build the finance capabilities necessary to support our exciting growth.

Responsibilities
  • Direct all finance-related operations, including financial reporting, accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, compliance, and audit.
  • Provide indirect onsite leadership for all employees and functions located in the corporate office.
  • Build out data-based financial planning and analysis capabilities to support company decisions related to pricing, deal structures, cash flow, profit, default risk, growth targets, etc.
  • Continue to build out the required regulatory protocols, compliance programs, and internal audit framework.
  • Design, build, and produce standardized forecasts and other analyses required by the executive team.
  • Follow a comprehensive schedule of all required regulatory and tax registrations, renewals, and filings.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor new talent for the finance organization.
  • Develop a positive performance-based culture in the finance organization, including SOPs, metrics, scorecards, process improvements, and technology improvements.
  • Develop and nurture positive internal and external business relationships that build department and company capabilities and culture.
  • Identify and sponsor solutions that improve cash flow, control expenses, and increase profit.
  • Identify and address potential financial risks for the company.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
  • Finance and Accounting Experience: 8 Years.
  • Management Experience: 5 Years.
  • Insurance Industry Experience: 5 Years.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities.
  • Public Accounting Experience.
