Job DescriptionThe Industrial Blow Mold Technician is a critical role at TalentLogistix, requiring a skilled individual to perform routine maintenance and repair of a wide range of beverage manufacturing and packaging equipment. With a focus on preventing breakdowns and maintaining efficient operations, this position demands attention to detail and strong technical skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Preventive maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and minimize downtime.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot equipment issues using root-cause analysis techniques.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve equipment-related issues and ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and problem-solving efforts.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines throughout the workplace.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure efficient problem-solving and issue resolution.

Requirements
  • Three (3) plus years experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance required.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, and PLC usage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Compensation and Benefits$27.00-$35.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly, plus benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
