About the Role

This Digital Network Technologist IV position is responsible for providing technical support for specialized systems and product applications, including troubleshooting, provisioning, and performance optimization of RF and broadband architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of wired communications systems, such as LANs and WANs, and be proficient in computer network installation, configuration, and maintenance.

The successful candidate will also have experience with server hardware/OS and software infrastructure, as well as troubleshooting to resolve system/application-related issues. Additionally, they will be familiar with R.F. systems, standard telephony, and dedicated data circuits, and possess strong self-management skills and people skills.

This position offers a competitive salary of $85,000-$120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We provide a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, and generous paid time off packages.
