We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Athletic Director for our Girls Swimming team at Hillsborough County Public Schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the team to success and ensuring a positive and inclusive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive coaching plan to improve team performance
  • Recruit and retain top talent on the team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, and community members
  • Ensure compliance with all school and district policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to promote a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Education or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of coaching experience at the high school level
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
