Your primary responsibilities will encompass title resolution, procurement of beneficiary statements, and the management of fund disbursement for property-related expenses. A solid understanding of legal documentation essential for transaction completion is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and prepare necessary real estate closing documentation
  • Resolve title issues efficiently
  • Request beneficiary statements and demands as needed
  • Oversee the disbursement of funds for property expenses
  • Identify the appropriate legal deed required for transactions, ensuring proper signing, notarization, and public record filing
  • Facilitate communication among sellers, buyers, lenders, and real estate agents
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards
  • Support front desk operations, including answering calls and scheduling meetings

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or GED (mandatory)
  • Post-secondary education (preferred but not essential)
  • A minimum of two years of experience in the real estate closing process, ideally in an escrow assistant role
