Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States.
  • A four-year college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • We assist in obtaining necessary state licenses and preparing for the SIE exam, which must be completed prior to onboarding.
  • We support your pursuit of FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations, to be completed within 240 days of joining.
  • We seek results-oriented, highly motivated self-starters with integrity, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping others plan for their financial futures.
  • Ideal candidates are team players with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a high degree of self-confidence.
  • Ability to leverage past experiences and connections to develop markets and maintain long-term relationships is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

Entry-level Financial Professionals begin in our Preliminary Employment Program (PEP), which includes a week of paid training. During this initial week, participants receive hourly minimum wage compensation, along with the opportunity to earn 100% of commissions generated during this period, in accordance with the company's commission structure. The PEP lasts a maximum of 240 days.

Upon successful completion of PEP, individuals can transition to a 20th Edition Financial Professional role, with compensation options including full commission plus a 30% bonus on eligible first-year commissions or an annual base salary of $24,000 with reduced commission. The average earnings for new Financial Professionals in their first full year following PEP was $62,000, with top performers earning $135,000.

After completing PEP, individuals become eligible for a range of comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance at company-subsidized rates, a 401(k) plan with company matching, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), and various disability programs.
