- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for working with physicians and other healthcare team members.
- Patient Care: You will provide and coordinate patient care with other healthcare team members, monitor patients' responses to interventions, and report outcomes.
- Medication Administration: You will administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
- On-Call Responsibilities: You may be required to share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time.
- Cleanliness and Supplies: You will maintain the cleanliness of rooms and ensure adequate stock of supplies.
- Patient Transportation: You will transport patients as needed.
- Additional Duties: You will perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
- Interpersonal Skills: You must be able to work with diverse personnel while maintaining a positive demeanor and professional appearance.
- Technical Skills: You must be able to grasp, push/pull, and move while assisting with procedures or operating departmental equipment.
