About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Technologist Lead to join our team at INTEGRIS Health. As a key member of our Diagnostic Radiology team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring the quality of radiographs, and troubleshooting errors in radiology reports and patient exam orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of radiology technologists, ensuring proper staffing levels and making adjustments as needed.
  • Provide input for annual performance evaluations and recommend promotions, disciplinary measures, and other administrative actions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve errors in radiology reports and patient exam orders, correcting orders when necessary.
  • Ensure the quality of radiographs presented to radiologists meets the standards set forth by the radiology department.
  • Coordinate the repair of malfunctioning equipment and maintenance within the department.
  • Provide input on new employee selection and assist in interviews when dealing with hires in their area of supervision.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written) and have a strong understanding of radiology procedures and protocols. You must also be able to work weekends and be available for on-call duties as needed.
