Salary:  $20.00- $22.00/ hour
Schedule:  Flexible 10-15 hours per week on 1st shift

Job Description:
  • Prepares excise tax returns, in accordance with TTB and other regulator tax schedules
  • Responsible for the timely filing and payment of returns and related to DSP and BWC activity
  • Prepared, files and pays all WI state alcohol taxes
  • Initiates claims and drawbacks with TTB as appropriate
  • Tracks bond movements, shipments, and daily
  • Tracks DSP and BWC Tax paid inventory
  • Collaborate with Operations Assistant to maintain bond inventory counts production for entry into bi-monthly tax detail
  • Must maintain satisfactory attendance to include timeliness
  • Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulator considerations.  If accountable for the work of others, responsible for ensuring their understanding and compliance

 attention to detail and able to manage reconciliation inventory to external spreadsheets
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
